As a reputable organization, you are expected to have best practices in place to address the requirements of the supervision authority to combat fraud, bribery, and corruption. Noctua also offers services to assess potential risks in your existing programs to combat fraud, bribery and corruption, and to design, set-up, and implement new programs to combat fraud, bribery and corruption, taking into consideration the requirements in this area of your supervision authority.
In addition, Noctua offers support and advice in fraud, bribery and corruption investigations, and in the follow-up process with your supervision authority and/or Public Prosecutor.
